All right guys I need your help!
My adsense account got banned! just to make a long story short.
I have register a LLC company in order to apply for a new account.
Any tips? Im afraid they will track my ip I use 3 computers!.
I will open a brand new website, how long should I wait?

 

Of course they track your ip, a fact which escapes many people who reapply and then get immediately banned (Tip: They know it's you logging on from a banned ip!).
Provide your site complies with the TOS and the website quality guidelines, then you can apply as soon as you like. Mind you of course in reapplying you will be breaking the legal agreement you first signed up to, and technically speaking that's fraud. Other than you'll be fine.

 

I myself, login everyday my two emails.
1st one is banned last 2011, personal email.
2nd email, email use only for adsense.

 

Can you please pm me how you were able to sign up. how long did you wait? did you a po box? etc any tips would be appreciated

 

Here's is a few steps I did.
- If your old domain is blocked permanently, then use another domain.
Just redirect all to the new domain with same content.
- Remove all illegal content (You can hide it for the guest and disable ads on that specific pages)
- Signup for adsense using new email, but with different legit name
- I'm now using adsense (this active account) 14 months already, Good luck

 

I will sign up with a llc company EIN. All legal. did you get a new po box? different computers?

 

Same address is used, it's very hard to use some other people's adress, how would you claim your revenue
The only thing change is, domain name and adsense full name used.

 

oh you probably used your dad's name or something like that

Yea my case is a little different then because I'm trying to use a business account plus with the same ip address. Different website though

 

What do you mean by business account?

 

I register a LLC company to use my company name as the owner of the adsense account. All legal.

 

Strikes me as odd that neither party above actually seems aware that all of the above is fraudulent? you're both breaking the first legal agreement that you signed up to by re-applying for a second account. Using your mothers name? That's no longer "intent to defraud" it's actual fraud. Were you not aware of that or does it simply not worry you?

I am not able to get Google Adsense approval for 2 websites please suggest me some tips so that I get Google Adsence account.

 

It's not your computer than has the IP, it's your house. If I use my desktop then my laptop then my iPad all 3 will have the same IP.

Also where is this start a company thing coming from?

You've been banned, move on.

 

yes but as you point out they were for different people/ businesses therefore legitimate. The issue is it's against TOS for one person to have two accounts, or to apply for another after a ban. This person is trying to get another one after a ban. I had one client who applied for one for his brother (who wanted to emulate his success) from the same computer, his own account was earning him $200+ a day, within 24 hours he got banned for "Multiple accounts".
I've also had a client banned when his friend used his computer to check his adsense account, same PC / ip seen accessing two accounts - both were banned within 24 hours.
