i would seriously suggest going somewhere like elance. if the project is the size that i think you are talking about i think it is better to go with a firm vs an individual programmer. good luck.
I was hoping for a small team of programmers, but a hard working individual should be able to pull it off. Its not QUITE as big as Sedo, but sort of. Hard to explain without going into details. I will be submitting to elance or GAF if this (and possibly a posting on SP) arent successful. Its like keeping the money within the community if ya know what I mean. Thanks for the tips though.
