How to Upgrade Hosted-Adsense to Non Hosting Adsense without having a website ?

    What do you mean by "hosted adsense"? Are you putting your ads on someone else's website?

    He means that he has an AdSense account that can be used only with blogger...

    The answer is Nope, you cannot use your Adsense account with a domain unless your get a domain then apply for a normal adsense account, once google approve your application, then you can use it on a domain without any problem.

    No you can't - more to the point if you don't have a self hosted website then why the hell would you want to upgrade????

    I wasn't aware that there existed adsense accounts which couldn't be used on other sites.
