Hello Everyone, I'm looking for critique towards my new website, proffer.ca Purpose: Proffer.ca is a network of Paralegals across the Greater Toronto Area (aiming for Cananda-wide). Clients post their traffic tickets/speeding tickets on the website, and Paralegals offer their fees on the ticket to represent them in court. Clients then compare fees and make an informed decision. I'm very interested in your perspectives regarding SEO aspect, how would you go about targeting audience for a website like this. Would you start from a specific city first or something broader? Thanks!
Nice idea. I am a tad swamped but I have a bunch of ideas. This is really something you should put "boots on the ground" for as well. Also, tons of offline stuff like get pens printed with the info on them and drop them off by the handful any place that takes a credit card, ads in the newspaper and so on. That is merely getting started though. Out of the gate you want to make sure you have analytics and webmaster tools up to speed and targeting Canada as well. I will try to chime back in shortly. Nigel
Thanks Nigel, Yes, I've got the basics covered. Mostly posters around Colleges/Universities and major intersections at the moment for offline marketing. I'm on a student budget, so focusing mostly on search engine traffic to get the initial traction before going into CPC (although I am experimenting with Facebook ads at the moment). Thank you for the suggestions - I'll definitely get those done as my budget permits.
For SEO purposes, you can take help of local directories, forums, local classifieds sites etc... these are going to help you a lot in SEO.
