    They won't punish you but they may turn you into a case study that either confirms their current strategy or points out changes that need to be made. I'd only submit a site that would stand up to intense scrutiny - preferably one which represents a bricks and clicks enterprise.

    If a small business Website is doing well in search engine ranking than the bigger sites.Then definitely their is something special in that site which is giving competition to big site. We should appreciate it rather than Complaining.
