    Hello,

    My company is seeking to hire a full-time (8 hours per day, 5 days per week) virtual assistant for $400 per month paid weekly via PayPal.

    We are looking for a strong candidate with the following qualifications:
    1. Fluent in English. You must have excellent written English language skills. Proper capitalization, grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc must be demonstrated at all times. This is by far the most important quality we look for in our virtual assistants.

    2. Familiarity with WordPress. You must know how to create a WordPress blog, add posts, moderate comments, install plug-ins, etc. Part of the job will entail managing our various blog properties.

    3. Familiarity with SEO concepts. You don't need to be an SEO expert, but we want someone who is familiar with SEO concepts. You should know what 'anchor text' is, what a SERP is, what a backlink is, etc. We will be providing you with specific instructions for tasks that will require some familiarity with SEO and basic HTML.

    4. High speed Internet connection and powerful desktop. Self-motivated and dedicated.
    We need workers with a fast Internet connection and a desktop powerful enough to handle a high workload. Some of our data entry jobs will require opening many different web pages and submitting content. If it takes your computer 3-4 seconds to load a web page, that is too slow and you will not be able to cover the workload we seek.

    Duties for this position will include:
    - Forum posting.
    - WordPress blog management.
    - Press release submission.
    - Social media marketing (i.e., our official Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook accounts).

    Are you really offering $1.65/hr? I'll pass. Honestly if whatever operation you're running can only afford that rate of pay, I would assume it is going to collapse soon anyways since the quality of whatever content you wish to acquire is going to be very poor.
