why are people paying 4 grand for toothpaste?? it doesn't look like shill bidding with all the bidders that have high feedback who bid over a grand.

There's something there but I cant quite figure out what. Anyway an ebay seller with 921 all positive points isn't something very easy to accomplish. I checked his other items and they rage from mostly ebooks to office supplies.

 

That guy has sold a lot of ebook,s making nice money off ebay it seems :x Damn is he selling pot in that toothpaste thing or something?

 

i don't understand this either. I think that he will give the bidder cash worht more than the value of the item or something. He gets a lot of people interested in his items in the process.

Its probably a publicity stunt for some other hidden agenda. People will buy anything, example the $100,000 toilet. It serves the same purpose as all the other toilets.

1. make a mystery auction
2. send the winner a item more expensive than he paid, perhaps by $500 ~
3. your next auction generates a loooot of hype
4. he makes up the money by selling everything else in his store.. which usually people wouldn't buy

Easy as that... people think he is selling a secret in his ebooks when theres nothing much in them really... this guy is doing great.
