Adsense appeal help!

One of my sites, (tiny.cc/in0c0w) was banned from adsense with following notice:

    Violation explanation
It is important for a site displaying Google ads to comply with Google’s webmaster quality guidelines. Specifically, the site should offer significant value to the user by providing a useful and information-rich site. Additionally, Google ads may not be displayed on 'cookie cutter' pages.

I redesigned my site and deleted some user submitted materials (classified ads) and appealed with no success. Can anyone here tell me what is wrong with my site and what changes I could do to comply with adsense TOS?

Is all that content 100% unique e.g. every word written by you?

Yes 100% original content written by myself except for user submitted classified ad contents.

well, sometimes it is very disturbing, as the adsense team is not very approachable . they will not spend time working out problem with their publisher. I do have one site banned ,with reasons beyond my acceptance, but again, they are the boss .

like you , several appeal done , many attempt to communicate via their contact us forms. well , no avail . I guess they are making the rules more strict in favor of their advertiser . Maybe trying to reduce publisher + increase the quality one .

thats my two cents, and good luck friend

Its actually quite obvious to me. Look at the site. It does not come close to this:
Its does NOT offer significant value, nor is it a useful and information rich site.

    Also:
Every single one of the backlinks to the site are spam and do not comply with Google’s webmaster quality guidelines.

Can a site get banned by adsense for its backlinks? What if a competitor builds some bad links for my site just to bring it down?

No, but Adsense make it clear that they only accept sites that adhere to the Google webmaster guidelines. Look at the backlink profile of the site in question. not one of the links is natural. No competitor did them.

What if I disavow spam backlinks thru webmaster tools? Will it help?

Nope; there are too many other problems with the site - see above.
