osman this is just fake pr trick.. he is just cheating for sure!!!... he just redirected his website to google piror to pr update and his site got the pr of google .. tho its fake pr and it will have no value there is no way u can get pr9 in one shot there is no way one wud sell pr9 for xxx$
As a rule, always check for natural PR(x)+ backlinks, so in this case, in order it to be a natural PR9 domain it should have at leasy one natural PR9 backlink.

No, we aren't all smart enough to see what's good or not. Every day I see fake PR7, PR8, PR9 domains being sold for hundreds of dollars. Sorry, but you don't get to decide who gets to comment. I'm not buying fake garbage, but I'm going to point out fake garbage when I see it. A year ago I bought probably 50 domains from digital point. In the last several months I've bought zero. Because it's being taken over by sellers of fake domains who get away with selling fake domains. I'm going to continue to call out these people and hopefully they'll make fewer sales, and hopefully over time there will be more people here selling "real" PR domains at a fair price.
Well, good for you. It's your money. Hopefully you did your research on the domain so that when it drops to PR0 or PR1 after the next toolbar PR update you'll know that's coming and won't be upset.
