    hi everyone.

recently i've stumbled upon few sites with nice footer bar. it doesn't look annoying and i'm pretty sure it can be easily monetized. so here's come a question: do you know any networks that offer footer? i know that Clickbank does, but besides it?

i'm really interested in it, any tip will be higlhy appreciated. thanks.

Why don't you try Clickbank? By the way, it's a great idea with footer bar, on some sites it looks really suitable and cool. I'll research and post here later.

When you say a footer bar, you could use any ad networks horizontal display advertising. I don't see why you can't use them.

Could you send me a link to a website with this type of ad, as I'm only aware of mobile ads that give thin footer ad spaces, for PC only 728x90, 468x60 and 320x50 come to mind, none of which look particularly attractive on desktop.

Ok, if you are referring to the one right at the bottom of that page's content that would be a 728x90 leaderboard ad. There are about 1 million networks online offering them lol. Give me some details about your traffic and i'll give you some suggestions.

Top three geographic locations of traffic each month (include %, and amount):
    Total overall traffic
    Total overall unique visitors
    CTR on current ad placements.

As a side note most ads that show on the footer are below the fold of a persons monitor, and therefore have a very poor CTR. A wise decision may be to sign up to some CPM networks for that unit, unfortunately you would still need to get the occasional conversion or most networks would remove you due to ineffective traffic, they are trying to please advertisers after all.

i've done a little research, and the good example of what OP want i think will be this one: http://filetram.com/
at the bottom you can see bar with social media icons and banner. looks quite nice, agree. not sure how's it gonna impact CTR of that "download" ad, but it indeed looks a bit different than regular banner.
