There is good method to rank your YT videos to top, try to subscribe the high PR channel make regular participation in their videos by commenting or sharing good informative method, don't do it more than 10 in a single day. well, you try to make it below 10 channels per day, but signature links ----- NO, no need to put any links of your own, without link use it, you use link in your own channel ................ that's the method.
something which is helping at the moment is people searching for your term in google then clicking on the video and watching it. you can get this done cheaply at sites like mechanical turk or microworkers. this is basically just social proof to google that people are searching for and liking your video
