    I am not confirmed why but a few months ago, I contacted UBL and standard chartered bank of Pakistan and they said that State Bank of Pakistan is refusing to allow PP to work in Pakistan.

    You can get a VPN and buy a paypal account from someone in another country like Singapore and then register for a Payoneer card (witch is also a US bank account) and link that card to paypal to withdraw you cash.Simple as that and the cost is lie $35 ($25 for paypal account + 10 for VPN) the payoneer card is free.Cheers!

    PayPal is banned in Pakistan because of Security issues & Frauds. Still, there are plenty of easy ways you can use to get a verified PayPal account & link it with Payoneer account in Pakistan & unsupported countries.
