    So I need to clarify somethings with everyone.

    1. We do not provide daily reports via email by default.

    2. Yes I provide 24/7 support. Will I respond immediately any all hours? No. I am human and need sleep and also have a life. Will I respond immediately to seeing your request for help? Yes.

    3. Am I in the office 24 hours a day to modify your account? No.

    4. As a publisher is it smart to be pushy, harassing, or rude? No. We are a private network and expect all of our clients to work with a level of professionalism and we will not tolerate anything short of such. Accounts do get closed.

    Ok just close my account, with that attitude you will suspend my account sooner or later when you're in rage, you're an unproffesional one.

    This is his email anyway, join or not, depend on you guys

    Skype chat (I did ask him to email me if he cannot respond via skype)
    And I asked him to turn on email report 2 days ago, not yesterday

    You fail to mention 15 mins later you sign off. So how can I respond when you sign off? I emailed you almost immediately after gettin your email which of course was after you came on here to complain.

    People who conduct themselves this way their business is not welcomed. I am not required to provide anything other than email support but I go above and beyond.

    It is not a matter of time before anyone's account is closed. I do not work that way but when people are skyping me in a demanding fashion and are online to complain on here but aren't on Skype to receive the support they are on here complaining about that is absolutely not fair to me, when I bend over backwards to keep all of my publishers satisfied.

    Some people just need to find something to complain about.

    you mean the cpm payouts? I need people to EMAIL me when they need help, or have questions about their account because your username/email on here has no attachment to your site. I don't know what account/site you are making reference to. Also I do not discuss private/publisher details in public.

    This is interesting because I have been a publisher with PremiumCPM for a while now and Dominick (wrekoniz3) is my Account Manager. I have never had an issue with him, he is never rude, never has an attitude, but I contact him some crazy hours 2am 5am 7pm and he is around. I respect that about him and never contact him expecting an immediate response. I don't see him being rude here, he is serious and straight to the point. I know he must have a lot of people contacting him all the time. It's a matter of patience sometimes he isn't working but still answers. I know the reports can Be confusing but he helps when You need it. I wouldn't want my account with anyone else or any other network right now, these guys are the real deal, I've made quite a bit of money with PremiumCPM.

    I have to say this. After speaking with Dominick yesterday about account optimization, he has been really helpful. This morning I checked my earnings report and was surprised - in a positive way. The CPM I got was higher than what I am getting for all other ad companies. If this continues I may think to use PremiumCPM exclusively. I'm now testing popunders as well.

    Its hard enough to track and keep up with accounts via email. It is not possible or feasible for me to keep up with accounts on DP when I have no way of connecting them to a site or publisher account.
