1 )What is the CPM (Banner and popunder) for this niche if most visitors are from US/Canada/UK/Australia?
2) What is the fill rate for this niche for banners and popunder?

I have an account with adversal which was not used for quite some time. I tried logging into the account recently and got successful.
I can serve almost 1,50,000+ ad impressions daily splitting the rest to tribalfusion which is my primary sponsor. (Only two ads are served per page excluding home page) and all the ads will be above the fold.

I tried the code in a subdomain of my approved URL but no ads seems to load up. Is it that i need separate approval for subdomain?!

Your helping hand could guide me I hope.

 

Other than PayPal, check and wire payments are also available.

Subdomains only need to be registered separately if the content is completely different from the main domain. Follow-up through conv. with your username and we'll look into the issue.

Does the number of impressions/views represent the number of actual pops or all the views even if ad doesn't open??

Because the popunder opens only for the first unique visit / 24 hours so if the CPM is in the range of $1 for example in the US that would be extremely low considereing banners are in the range of $0.6 to $1 for raw impressions not for unique impressions. Or am I missig someting?

So you guys have PPC ads I can put on sites?

 

So in order for an impression to be counted, does thd visitor have to actually view the popunder or just opening the page with the code installed considered to be a view like page views reported in analytics?
