Hi Guys! While searching in Google now it shows stars and voting, I'm curious about that where those votes come from and if i want to implement that voting and star's into my website search "How can i do that?" That thing make search ranking more attractive.

Can i add stars and Google+ profile to my rich snippets, and when they appear in Google search results???
Yes you can have both, however, when Google view both the author image and the votes its going to show in a different way than it shows when only author images are showing. Anyways, you can only implement the rich snippet code into your website and verify your G+ Account then wait after making sure all is set using their rich snippet display tool. Once crawled it's Google algorithm which decide when to show rich snippets or not for that specific URL/Keyword.
In rich snippets testing tool I'm getting the same result which i want to. But when i can see those result on SERP or after implimenting the code is it Google who decide to show star rating in ranking or not.
that is called google local listings. when you list your business in local listing in search engines for example just dial, yellow pages, sulekha, Such listing services helps to get good PR.
