I have done some optimization on the website. The Yslow score is 86 Now and Pingdom tools shows a score of 92. I haven't setup CDN yet but I'm working on it.. Need feedback on load time. Kindly mention your internet speed and the time it took to load.
Yeah a CDN will speed things up even more. If this is a Wordpress site try using W3 total cache plugin. You can even have them both at the same time
I'm using supercache at the moment for design.bleepingtech.com and W3 Total Cache for bleepingtech.com.
I already marked this theme in Themeforest. The no. of purchases there tells about the professional work done, No need to review at all Will buy one like this soon. Yeah longer loading time, sometimes takes forever. Maybe you can modify the template heavily since it already runs on many websites.

If I were you, I would've preferred a vertical navigation bar. I would even change the flat design with CSS3 techniques and replace the flat icons with some from freebie sources. But it depends on your opinion and ability to modify the theme.
Nice clean design, looks great on my 21" monitor, its what I would expect from an advertising website.
