I am sorry but even though it is a pr5 it has poor alexa I can get a site to top 900k within a month on alexa on almost any niche. this site should have a lot more traffic. Either way hope you sell it but my bid stays at $150

No, they are induced by the theme creator. I have to change it, now we are re-designing the site.
