    You can directly submit your new URL to Bing to get it indexed. This can be done through webmaster tools.

    I submit to Bing Webmaster Tools and make Sitemap.xml to submit but it's just 1 indexed
    I don't know how to index fast and more
    i waiting 5 day it's so quiet

    Please submit your blog to bing engine if you already do, but a few days or a few weeks yet no results try removing and repeat the steps as above.

    The best way to get indexed into Bing is using Bing webmaster tools.
    First verify your site's ownership.
    Then submit sitemap or submit your links manually to Bing webmaster tools using this option:-
    Configure My Site >> Submit URLs
