    Well you need to fill-up a form created by adsense team, for which custom domain you want to use with your hosted account, after getting your form, they will review that and let you know if your custom domain is approved or not.

    There is no other way for doing this.

    1. Login to your adsense account and go to account settings tab
    2. Go to access and authorization section -> click edit on the sites authorized to show ads.
    3. Enter your site URL of your website ->submit.
    4. Now go to My Ads tab -> New ad unit
    5. Configure your ads and click Save and Generate.
    6. Copy the code and paste it on your websites html editor

    That’s it. You are done. Now wait for the google people to review your application.

    To avoid rejected by adsense, the important thing is make your site fully function.You are waiting the adsense approvel time.

    Try to improve the content of your site. Must done a through review before reapply for adsense. Make sure that your site will not violate any adsense policy. You can make money from blogger and youtube with hosted adsense account. Never try to make multiple adsense account, this may leads to the lifetime ban from adsense. Make unique and quality content and earn money using adsense. Also make sure that your site must be at least 6 months older. Good luck..............
