    I don't know but my friend having SBI ATM card and is accepted,its a six month ago. It may be possible SBI ban the neteller also. You should have to contact bank.

    I am also having neteller account and using with debit card but i.e different bank debit card . Well time to time bank change their terms and conditions. This is not in my hand. I don't when low quality card like maestro can be accepted than why SBI atm card not? This year SBI ban many merchants.

    If you have International Debit Card with all facilities (for the best ,contact bank manager), it works.
