Ok, I need hosting for my proxy site which averages 600 visitors a day. I need around 20gb-30gb bandwidth and 1gb space. Will pay monthly by paypal. I don't want it to have downtime and the server must load fast. Anyone willing to host me, I will pay up to $8 a month. Or can anyone recommend me a good proxy host. Thanks.

If you're looking for a long term solution, then go for a dedicated server. Hosting's not gonna work out for proxies!
yea. what hes looking for just doesnt seem likely. A proxy site like that will endup using a deicent amount of the servers resorces. if you do find 8$ a month i bet its from somone who doesnt know what there getting into.
My website have list of proxy hosting providers, but I don't think your budget is enough. So far I can only found 1 VPS provider that allow proxy website, others are all dedicated hosting. I'm pretty sure your hosting provider gonna ask more than $8 when your website use more and more server resources as it get more visitors.

You need to raise your budget to atleast look for a VPS to host your proxy site. Hosting a proxy site in a shared environment is asking for trouble.
