Sorry to hear you've been banned. In my opinion it's a bad idea to attempt to open a new account. Disregarding the whole legal issue of ignoring their TOS, even if you signed up again you need to change absolutely EVERYTHING. That means your IP, preferably a clean and fresh browser install on a virtual machine, new street address, new bank account/payee name etc...and of course a new site. What makes me a bit suspicious about your story are your claims of earning between $600-1000 a month in the previous months but then it suddenly went up to $4k...what did you do for that sudden increase? Inconsistency is a big red flag for google.

I can't tell exactly what is the reason for getting banned. But from last one year i find many people getting adsense banned because of not having "privacy policy". Privacy Policy is most important for a website. The another reason may be due to availability of copyright downloads in your site. And last don't try to increase adsense CTR more then 20%, google don't love this.

That's horrible! Google should have someone on payroll that can at least talk to webmasters like you who are going to lose their income due to a violation they might be unaware of. It sucks, because Google is such a huge company and they can't even manage to provide earners like you with some kind of phone support or even email. That's a lot of money to lose, and if you truly didn't violate any of their policies on your first account then it's b/s that they would take your money in the first place without warning you first.

Does Google not realize that most people will fix the problem if they get a warning telling them what the problem is?

They find you. If you want really create new Google AdSense account you must use other name and surname, other adress (or ex. if you live on 33 Street, you type 33 St.), bank number and phone number. All you must change. And don't forget to change your IP and computer too (but I don't know if is neccesary to change computer).

It pretty obvious. You committed fraud. You opened a second adsense account when you specifiably agreed in the terms and conditions not to do that. What were you expecting to happen when you commit fraud?

I don't understand what some guys are keep saying you open a new account you committed suicide. Bro's the first account was 4 years old Malaysian Account and the second one was from UK with different payee name, ip address, mac address, etc etc.. Now how is that possible that Google tracked me again?

So you admitted deliberately breaking the rules you agreed to!. You are only allowed ONE account. You agreed to that when you joined!

There is nothing you can do. Adsense is over for you. Find another way to monetize the site.

Seriously - you sign yourself off as "User299b"? You'll not that most of don't do anything like that but when we do we use our human name. Does the "b" at the end imply that you have an "a" account somewhere?

After reading all the other, similar posts in this forum did you think your situation was any different from all the others who have their account disabled and then try again?

You gambled, I'm sure you knew what the consequences might be when you did those clicks. For the sake of the advertisers whose ads you clicked, I'm glad you got caught!
