I did't get you exactly what you mean.

 

Basically Sashu - anyone who claims they can do SEO for you AND acheive rankings for $50 will not be able to do so. They will contact you offering something like this

10 article directory posts
50 directory submissions

Basically at this price range the result will be SPAM - you will NOT get a ranking increase.

However, if you invest it in 5 articles that are WELL RESEARCHED and targeted to Long Tail Keywords (i.e. a phrase with 4-8 words) you will probably be able to acheive some rankings and some traffic.

For example if your niche was credit cards you might be able to find a keyword with 150 searches, very low competition (i.e. mainly web 2.0 sites ranking). You can then write an article tailored to that keyword (1000 words or so). You will be able to outrank the competitors and your site will get some traffic.

Based on your budget, you're going to struggle to find anything worthwhile that's really going to increase your SERPS dramatically, unless you're in a very low competition niche. You might be better doing some manual link building yourself, before opting to hire somebody.

It not just depend on budget,but the rate depends on the volume density and keyword competition.

 

Magic Monkey is right, you should follow his advice. Real SEO work for (just) medium competitive KWs can't be done successful for the budget you have in mind. If you have a new site with not too many pages, you may find someone who does a first on page optimization, but not more.
