Only the forum or the entire site and everything related?

    Is iPod a registered trademark?

Are you aware of any other domains that contain 'iPod' that have been reclaimed by Apple?

Did you get clearance on using those black 'iPod dancing individuals' images?

What sort of information do you need that is not posted?

Entire site and everything related although the program is open source. We provide hosting and support for it on the forums.

Yes, Apple owns the trademark to the name iPod.

I'm aware of companies and products having to change thier names but I have heard of no sites or no domains being reclaimed. At worst you would have to rename the site and change the domain but you would be able to keep the domain name pointing to the site/pages.

No, that may be an issue but as said above the site is in need of a revamp.

Pardon? Care to explain what a roll model sale is? (I guess that it means the site is in need of work?)

I meant role model. As in, you are setting a great example of how to conduct business.

Since the forum (as you state) has been neglected and the traffic has taken a downward turn over the last 3 months - I'm tableing an offer of $2500 for starters.

The down turn is in part due to a seasonal effect. We have a large surge of traffic during Christmas and for a few months after due to people receiving an iPod as a present and then hitting the internet/google to see what they can do with it. I don't have any traffic stats to support this but I do have user activity/registration/posting data in vBulleten that I could show the effect (I'll try and get it out for you and others now, they're a huge long list, so it's hard to screenshot).
    No problem.

Can you post or link to a php_info() output so we know which exact platform it's running on? PHP version and MySQL are vital.

I'm a little weary of posting a link to the phpinfo. I'll send you a PM if you need.

Regardless, vBulletin (the forum software) is pretty versatile when it comes to MYSQL/PHP versions. I just looked around on the vBulletin forums and found this by one of the support guys: "vBulletin requires a web server that includes PHP (minimum version 4.3.3) and MySQL (minimum 4.0.16) installed."

I was banned long ago by AdSense, approximated 3 1/2 years or so ago, pre-iPodWizard.net which is just a shade over 2 years old. It is a revenue stream that would probably do quite well. I'm yet to try YPN as I'm not located in the US (I'm in the UK).

We changed there position in the ad chain. Tribal Fusion goes first, Burst second when Tribal Fusion defaults.
