Short answer...No, they obviously blocked your account because you broke the tos, why would they let you open another one??
I managed to get a new account with the same name but eventually was closed. Same reason, invalid clicks or something like that. You can try to open a new account with a friend's name or another member of the family.
He can apply, but as soon as he does he will be breaking the TOS again and as soon as it gets to payout time they will block it again...so what's the point??
And break the legally binding agreement you first signed up in doing so! It's actually in the adsense T & C's that you can't re-apply once banned, this is in the agreement you first signed up under. Many people seem to fail to realise it's not just some fairylight agreement, but a legally binding contract that you signed upto, whether your realised this or not, that's not googles problem but it is your's. Opening another one is thus attempted fraud. Again most people don't realize this. Personally I wouldn't go head to head with a Billion dollar company that's located in a country that extradites people at will and has a maximum life sentence for fraud.....Not really worth it is it? Also note that if you re-apply without changing all of your details then it will eventually flag you up as a banned account and ban you again. Many people this happens to seem to be totally oblivious to the fact that google may just be spending quite a little bit of money on anti-fraud measures. It still stuns me that people treat google like they are thick and that they can get around the ban! Lastly note even if you get a new account you can't run the code on the old site anyway, it'll just show as white spaces and/or you'll get a second ban.
Well i faced this problem years ago and i opened a new account and guess what? every month i receive a paycheck from adsense Here's what I did to get a new account: Removed Google Analytics from all sites (I believe they track this to a degree). Removed websites from Google Webmaster Tools (just in case). Make sure all outgoing links on banned domains do not point to new domains (I believe they track this to a degree). New or slight variation in name. (required) New address. (required) Created an LLC business for a new EIN. (required) New domain. (required) New email. (required) New business bank account. (required) New IP (cycled modem before applying). From what I've studied across many posts online, they track all the above. Doing the above guarantees they will not be able to "connect" the new account with the old one and ban you upon reaching the payout threshold. And note bro that you can never put Adsense back on a domain that was banned previously. Hope this will help you..Well, it will cauz it did for me
