Buying Looking for a webmaster of a charity-related site

I have managed a charity-related yellow page site for over two years and due to my career change, I am unable to work on it any longer and the traffic has decreased sharply. As I have put thousand of dollar (SEO, template, other services, etc) already I am not giving it up. So I am looking for a webmaster to help me manage it.

Your supposed duties:
1, continuouly add charity websites to this site as it is basically a yellow page;
2, write blog posts, ideally 2 or 3 per week;
3, basic SEO of the site, including link building, article submission ,etc. Only white SEO is allowed. I will monitor once for a while and stop the job if any black SEO is found.

Paying: you can choose either of the following,
1, $100 or so per month, the fee can be increased depending on the jobs you have done and achivements;
2, no fixed payment, but you share 50% of the adsense revenue (which is the only revenue the site has, if there is other revenue in the future, you will share 50% as well after our discussion). I would expect you can earn over $100 per month if you manage to bring 200 natural real visitors per day (again, please be honest as it may be a long-term cooperation, I will monitor the traffic source). So more visitors, more earning for both of us. (I can share my adsense report with you everyday or week so you can track it).

Why work on the site:
As I said, I have invested thousands of dollar on it including server, URL registration, website template purchase, SEO and other services, if you do the job, your only cost is your time, basically you can practice with my site with normal methods, if they work, you gain, if not, no much loss.

So basically you're only paying with the money earned from Adsense? Or are you paying for the work + 50% adsense?

I'd like to do the job, but the pay is sort of low. I mean, you said around 2-3 blog posts per week, are there any requirements on the charity site additions? Like an amount that you need to have per week?

 

How many guys you need? If it is still available, I am interested.
