    Hi,
    I am trying to launch a video blog which will serve IT niche video tutorials and interviews like blogging tips, how to earn money etc.
    My question is what is the best service where I can manage and store my videos. I have checked vimeo and daily motion paid services but there rates are too high to afford.

    Any help please.

    May be you failed to understand. What that message means is- you buy your own host package with a good storage possibility (unlimited) and upload your videos to your own server. And you can create a membership site to serve those videos.
