    To be honest I think http://www.bursadeevenimente.ro is not using any script or if it does it has done some customization work on the ads display to display that nice gallery, I would start of using PHP Classifieds, and have the developer of choice do the customizations needed or have them work on it

    There are plenty of choice and it all depends on your budget. The free and opensource scripts are community driven. You can get helpand support request, but not to the level you expect.
    If you use a paid script then you are actually showing some love for it. You have some dedicated programmer to solve your special need and problem.
