I noticed something else if i login into my Adsense Account with Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome or Internet Explorer 8 then i don't see this Red Notification. I see it only with my Default Browser (Internet Explorer 10).

May be it's a Virus. If you re install the Browser you won't see the Notification.

    It's probably either:
    1. A browser extension that some piece of adware installed [OR]
    2. A cached page. Try hitting CTRL+F5.
In the case of 1, check your extensions list and list of installed programs for things you're pretty sure you didn't install.

I found out what the problem was. I killed all the iexplorer.exe processes in the Task Manager and now the Red Notification is gone.

Install a good antivirus and scan your computer. Your computer is probably infected with malware. I would suggest Avira Antivirus.

It's an AdSense bug not a virus. It makes also no sense way a virus should cause this.

Wrong, a piece of software could install a browser extension which can edit the website HTML.

A viruse don't need to change any HTML code to steal login dates and there is also not point at all to change useless stuff on a website.
