    Hello,

Thank you for your interest in expanding your Google AdSense account to implement ad code on your own website. Unfortunately, after reviewing your application, we're unable to approve this application for the time being. Your existing AdSense account that allows you to show ads on partner sites is not affected by this disapproval.

We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.

    Issues:
    - Site does not comply with Google policies

    Further detail:
Site does not comply with Google policies: We're unable to approve your AdSense application at this time because your site does not comply with the Google AdSense program policies or adhere to the Webmaster Quality guidelines. It's our goal to provide our advertisers sites that offer rich and meaningful content, receive organic traffic, and allow us to serve well-targeted ads to users. We believe that currently your site does not fulfill this criteria.

    Tips:
Here are some recommendations to help you improve the user experience on your site and comply with AdSense criteria:
    - It’s important for sites displaying Google ads to offer significant value to the user. As a publisher, you must provide unique and relevant content that gives users a reason to visit your site first.
    - Don’t place ads on auto-generated pages or pages with little to no original content.
    - Your site should also provide a good user experience through clear navigation and organization. Users should be able to easily click through your pages and find the information they’re seeking.

Please refer to the Webmaster Quality guidelines for more help on how to provide a positive experience for your users.

As soon as you’ve made the necessary changes, we’ll be happy to take another look at your application.

My site have no copied content or images. Its more than 6 months old. Good wp theme and good navigation. 3rd party ads were removed while applying. Don't know what the problem is ? This is 13th or 15th time I got rejected. I am earning through YouTube 300$ per month and want to earn same with website.

These are some of the issues I think must be creating problem what you think ?

    1. Some of my posts link to zippyshare.com don't know is it right or not ?
    2. Images but they are downloaded from creative common search.
    3. Some of the people says they reject me coz of roots post but I have read somewhere that they( google ) encourage people to root their phones.
    4. Some says that google rejects tech blogs now a days but recently my friend got approved by adsense for his tech blog. How ?

Well running yahoo ads on the same page is probably the root cause of the problem, as you are not supposed to run adsense with any ads that adsense could be confused with, and the yahoo ads fit that criteria 100% - I thought they were adsense ads to start with.
The fact that your friends blog got approved has nothing to do with your application, so don't try and use that as a case to argue with them. So what that he got approved?
I think you may have answered your own question, as if this is the 13th-15th time of applying then basically they are never going to approve this site. Did you take action and make changes between each rejection? As if you just kept re-applying without making any changes then they won't approve it.
Also if you have ANY content that is not unique or looks like it isn't then they will reject you instantly. So the zippyshare links maybe an issue.
And no idea what you mean by "Roots" post.

Thanks for your reply. As I have already mentioned that I have removed those yahoo ads before reapplying. And also I made many changes before reapplying but the fact is that I must be missing something that is the cause of rejection and that's why I am here to ask you. Root mean the how to root posts on my website. My friends and I have blog on same niche so I was comparing with him. Well I don't care about others. I am only concerned about my site. Every content is originally written by me nothing copied from anywhere else.

He means he's telling people how to root their phones, but Google wouldn't care about that.
