A few questions.

I have a few questions about advirtising, both pay per click and pay per impression.

    1. How much can I expect to make from each click on an ad that happens on my website (using adsence)? I know it depends on what the advirtiser is paying but is it a matter of fractions of a cent, cents, dollars, what? I've heard various things looking around so I can't really tell.

    2. How much can be made from each impression of an ad? I know it's very little but is it something along the lines of $0.005 or $0.0000001? Any idea?

    3. Where are there some services that pay for each impression? I know a few years back there used to be some but I checked again recently and I was unable to find any.

    4. With pay per click services such as AdSence, I read that you get banned if more then a certin amount of clicks per visitor are happening. Does anyone know, or know a decent estimate of this magic number?

On number 3, I searched google and was unable to find one. I searched pay per impression or pay per desplay though so I might have chosen a bad thing. Can you tell me the correct acronym or tell me a good one that you know of? Thanks :)
