CJ has a ton of good PPL ones to choose from. Some are as easy as an email and others need someone to enter a credit card. But you just have to search em. Good Luck

 

Thanks mate just recently signed up there ill take a look! Cj looks alot more trustworthy then some of these other affiliates.

 

I find some of the smaller networks have some good free CPA offers. I find if you belong to a few networks you can usually find a good match for your site. There is no point in putting offers in front of your visitors that are completely unrelated.

 

i have some issues with CJ, so i wouldn't recommend you to go there...

i don't know if anyone is using ResumeRobin.com affiliate program, but they've been pretty good for me (i run a career related site)

Did you try Peerfly? The sign-up process is a bit of a pain but it's fairly easy to join. They have a category of email submission. You get paid if a person simply enters their email address. I believe the payout is between $.75 - $1.00 per email submitted.
