    Just my 2c, I have sites making $5 a day for a couple months now, and according to me, a site making $150 a month WITH Consistent History is worth atleast 12x-20x or more.

    Profits around $200 a month based on yearly estimate. It's a flower delivery business. Sells flowers to Israel, but can expand worldwide easily. Brothers biz and he has done no work, it just sits there. That's why only $200 a month profit. So much more potential if lift a finger such as expand to USA delivery and worlwide, try to get links, blogs, posting, ads...anything that I learned from people on this forum, but he is not interested in doing anything or keeping the site anymore.

    Has email data base of about 400 emails.
    Has mailing list of about 500 people.

    I really don't mind, I am pretty new to purchasing websites so any input that will help is fine. Currently I am looking for gaming information/review/cheat type sites not arcades, new or established.
