Is their any legal issue of building a website regarding student assignment help?

I am a BBA student. I want to build a website regarding student assignment help.
I will only post the specific question (from Books) on my site and ask my visitor to download the file by clicking an adfly link.
Is there any legal or copy writing issue regarding my website plan?
Will I ban from the adfly for my website content?

 

You may wish to read it:

1. If you help student by providing answer, then you'll not only risk to get banned by Google (Sandboxed) but also missing the opportunity for big advertisement.
2. If you provide downloadable material from book and place it on your site, you risk yourself from infringe the others. Did you have a right to post and share the content from that book? Can you explain clearly when the owner/author ask you about it? How if there is legal prosecution for your action?
3. Sharing another people work require you to have the right from author/creator.

These are the solution for you to achieve your dream while doing legally:

1. Create your own question which may looks same and post it in your site. To avoid infringe the others.
2. Providing question from another people hard-work (book) is prohibited. The same thing happen if you willing to help the others by providing the answer through downloadable hosting using AdFly affiliate links. Google really hate anyone whom giving answer for 'student assignment'. An assignment is a task for student which need to be answered by themselves. By helping them with answer, you risk yourself to be banned from greater community. Worse, student would not going to use their brain and it is great lose.
   Giving them an Advice is greatly encouraged. Google like it and all teacher recommend it.
   Ex:
   Question: how much is 1 + 1?
   Answer: don't give answer.
   Advice: Do you like cat? Father gave you a cat yesterday and give another one for today. How much is the cat in your house?
   
   Please understand it just an example. The point is how to give an advice to student on how to do their task.

Doing two things above will not only give you chance to use Adsense and other high quality premium ads but also make you well known for being helpful to student.

This is what I think about it:

1. Building paper writing service related site require you to be well known in that field or other will think it as scamming others and spamming SE. Please understand I'm not saying you or anyone else doing spam/scam. It just an example for anyone whom doing paper writing service related site without being well-known as a qualified person for the task.
2. Most Paper writing service related sites are devalued by SE and they lose opportunity for advertisement. They wouldn't make money once SE 'sandboxed' them. It will be sandboxed because more people will report it to SE. AdFly and another ads wouldn't give much revenue once the site got banned. The only revenue you will get is from anyone whom order you to do the task. But soon or later, there will be scam complain to your site and your services. It will cause terrible lose.
   Your site may available in SE but it will be added in 'supplemental' category which is bad enough.
3. Having your name and address listed in your site is good idea but wouldn't help too much. It is about your service which try to help others with their task.
   The task must be quite hard for them. It must be 'Skripsi', 'Thesis/Dissertation' and another writing 'projects'. Don't help them by providing the service which try to do their assignment.
   Giving 'Title' of the assignment and 'some topic' on what they need to do are recommended. In fact, most paper writing service related site did this.
   Ex:
   Give only advice for them (not whole thing).
   Title: Teaching student in elementary school with easy and fun using bamboo.
   Topic:
   a. Background of the study:
   - What is elementary school
   - How to teach with easy and fun.
   - What is bamboo
   - etc,.
4. If you still willing to open paper writing service related site' try to observe the same sites and look carefully on the whole site. You should focus on 'Privacy policy' and 'Term Of Service (TOS)' also 'Agreement' (whenever available).
   All paper writing service related site enforce strict rules to legalize their site and service. You should do the same.

I hope Four points above satisfy you. One more advice for you: "If you want to make revenue and help student at the same time, you only need to open a site which give them advice and few months/years later, you'll find yourself get lots of respect from others while gaining much revenue from advertising".

It seems that earn money by helping student is little bit difficult.
Is there any business idea that can I start solely and earn 500$ per month?

note:
1. I have enough knowledge in blogging (not much in SEO).
I have a nice plan of creating affiliate marketing site about "man boobs problem".
2. I have interest on career advice such as " how pass the job interview and get job"

From these two, which side should I enter to earn $500? Do I have to consider the legal factors to enter these above business or blogging?

 

I don't know how to make $500 per month. I'm a teacher and not Affiliate marketer/Adsense expert.

The site is using Microsoft ads.
It is a site about education which has low visitors but it seems advertiser quite happy with my blog and result in better revenue. When creating blog (about education), I always think about my visitors (students) and then Advertiser (because it is an advertising blog). Both of student (visitor) and advertiser are happy. Student get what they want (info) while advertiser happy my visitors visit and use their product/services.

You may need to wait anyone with good plan to help you with your question. I'm not an experts in making money business/affiliate/selling products. I only teach my student, blogging and spend the times in DP to gain more knowledge.

If I have to choose from two option above, I'll go with the last because it need less effort. However, blogging is the only option for me as it give steady revenue and for the whole life IMO.

I believe other will be able to help and give better answer than me.

 

You give some well thought out answers to questions, but I would disagree with telling people not to use bold. He used it appropriately bolding only the questions he wanted answered so they stood out. Seems to be nothing excessive. I use it all the time in my posts. I see you prefer to use color to help make certain parts of your post stand out. That hardly seems appreciably different than bolding something. There are many ways to write a post. As long as something is not excessive I think it is fine.

One does not need to worry about pleasing everyone. I don't like colored posts usually, but I would not expect you to stop doing it. I even do it on rare occasion, but I prefer using bold, or underline, or italics before I resort to using a different color to make something stand out. Writing in all caps is usually considered by most people to be akin to yelling, so that is usually not done.

 

I'm agree with you about it and that is why I write it this way:

I have no problem with any text, sentence or paragraph which is written using Bold styles. What really important for me is 'the content' itself.

OP uses Bold style appropriately. I didn't hate it or asking him to not using Bold or even forcing him to use my style. It just an advice for him because other people may don't like a someone that using Bold in the questions.

If I don't like it, I wouldn't answer the question or visiting this thread again. I respect and trying to help him.

Judging from this event, I'll write carefully for now on. I do apology if my sentence above sound bit harsh. I'm willing to remove last paragraph because I didn't want to look forcing anyone to use it or insulting the others.

It is nice to get feedback for what we have done. I appreciate it and would try to avoid the same mistake in future. by the way, I often use Bold too. Both Bold and Color is important for me. And yes, I said "Don't use bold" in my first comment above. It make me looks Ignorant and trying to force OP not to use Bold. My mistake. I didn't mean to do that.
