    Your new host should be able to do this for you with no charge if you are simply looking to move one shared account.

    If you are going to change your web host, ask them about migrate your data too. They will do that free of cost.

    Which ones do this? BlueHost, JustHost, iPage and all the popular/trusted hosts do not.

    Yes, I know that big hosting companies do not do anything for free. But there are numbers of other who are doing this for free. Check at the hosting section of this forum and you will find numbers of such kind of companies.

    Many hosts don't do it for free, but some do. It's not very hard to do, and the time depends on your internet speed / backup size.
