What is For Sale
I am selling wptit.com which is a WordPress themes designing site with now 4 premium themes listing.
These themes are -
1. WPLOL - A damnlol wordpress theme
2. WPGAG - A 9gag wordpress theme
3. IMGAR - A imgur wordpress theme
4. HUMANHUMOR - A CollegeHumor wordpress theme
In June the site has generated $880 in revenue with zero paid advertising. ( see below for more financials ).
What you Will Receive
The buyer will receive full rights to the site along with all the 4 themes. ( Normally the extended license for each theme is $2000 and now the buyer gets them all for free).
You will receive the wptit.com domain which is so memorable. I didn't do any SEO or marketing work but now it gets good Google ranking for the keywords as below:

The first theme for sale on the site was Gaola theme which is also a simple imgur wordpress theme. It's now be replaced by Imgar listed above. I put much effort on this theme, but contributing not equivalent revenue to me as a result of pool promotion techniques. It's the only wordpress theme of imgur so far. with a bit of marketing effort it'll be huge potential revenue generator.



You may guess it right that the best sellers are WPLOL and WPGAG which I released by Apr End and Jun End respectively. It got much attention even before its releasing because running this kind of sites is quite profitable.


The website itself is built with WordPress and I purchased the theme from themeforest.
The site uses woocommerce plugin to deliver the themes and store the customers - we can transfer all the content over to you, a record of paying customers is great because you can email them with special offers or other related affiliate offers. Also you'll have to take care of their questions but for quite a while I seldom received their support tickets.
Other services included :
- 1 month free support from myself - If you have any questions, customer tickets or any other concern, I will provide support for free for 1 month since when the auction will be completed.
- I am going to sell all the following sites (that's also the demo site for my themes) in a seperate thread. The buyer will have the priority to get each of them for half the price listed:
wplol.com $200, the buyer gets it with $100;
9gag.cc $500, the buyer gets it with $300;
humanhumor.com the buyer gets it free;
gao.la $500, the buyer gets it with $300;
Reason for Sale
I am going to get married in couple of weeks and will be totally focused on a new full time job. I will not have time to maximize the potential of this site.
As I aforementioned, I didn't spend a cent on marketing and I know little about SEO, but the site is still getting ~7k page views/month and having good ranking. You're the one to maximize it.
Financials
These numbers are totally profit because there is no cost at all(if any that would be hosting cost) .
April 2013 : $60 - 3 copies of Gaola theme, $20 for each one;
May 2013 : $265 - WPLOL first release, 30% discount promotion;
June 2013 : $880 - WPGAG first release end of Jun, 50% discount promotion for all themes

Final Thoughts
As you can see, this is a high quality site with a good design and growing financial numbers with a good opportunity to increase those if you are willing to spend a few hours a week promoting it(I spent much time on the theme coding but you can focus on promoting).

good point... there are tons of clone scripts out there but i never heard there is something wrong. I wrote the codes and functionality, only appearance is following the famous sites.. and you'll see it's not 100% similar, i added some unique features to the themes. Anyway, they are all based on wordpress

 

You theoretically loose a lot of money by selling a website making 800$ a month with 3000$ , what's the deal?

The site has been running for 3 months and the revenue is growing from almost zero to nearly $1000 in Jun as well even I don't pay for any promotion/ads.

Looks interesting. But how does one deal with the HANGZHOU Registrar?

 

i can transfer the domain to your preferred domain register and in the interim period you can still use my DNS settings and host for free.
