Great article on reasons why people leave your website. It also has some good pointers to go with the reasons. Full article: enfuzed.com/top-10-reasons-why-people-leave-your-website

Good stuff. Every single point is right on the money. I would slightly question #9 (Not Mobile Friendly) as some sites are not even meant to be used on a cell phone (will be really painful to even try).

I'd agree with the mobile friendly being questionable. Sometimes I hate using the mobile version of a site and prefer to just use their full blown site on my phone as well lol

Am I missing something here? I don't see any reasons, let alone 10 of them... Did the OP get deleted?

But, 1 reason they leave your site is because it SUCKS!

    Holla!

Well Fuck me running, I didn't even see that...

Must have wanted a little bit of website recognition, which is the reason why they didn't post the 10 reasons within the thread.

    Thanks!

I think the reason it's not a full article in the page, and just the opening teaser is so that they don't get a copyright infrigement.

Great post! Most websites have at least one of these issues. I usually leave a site when I see poor content or too many advertisements and pop-ups.

As they say, content is king, i'd say usability is queen. Mmmm, this king has rather a few queens indeed :p :)

No problem. By the way, the reason your links are not clickable is because you don't have enough likes to make them clickable. Meaning: maybe you should participate more on this forum AND be involved more in giving some feedback to your own posts... Just sayin' Ya know.

I have a questions. Why do you think that not having a website that's mobile friendly can hurt this or that website? I think it's a BS. I personally never EVER browse a website on my cellphone or my iPad mini UNLESS I can see them the way I see them on my laptop.
