    I suggest buying high PR links, high PR websites, and also using SENuke where it only builds links on PR 1 or higher websites.

    Just be careful how many you build, as too much too fast is too bad :p

    I don't think that link buying would be helpful nowadays. It would be more better if you are planing to buy whole blog. It would be cost effective solution and there is low risk of penalization.     Using these activities you can get also quality backlinks, why are you avoiding these? Yes you should avoid from directories submission . Try to guest posting that is one of the best method to get quality backlinks. You can participate in forum site and submit press release to quality backlinks.

    There are more than hundreds of ways to get good backlinks.

    What's more important is the relevancy and strength of the page that linking to you.

    Study about the metrics like page rank, domain age, niche, moderated comments, outgoing links, social presence, etc before even engaging any idea to build links.

    Remember, one high quality link is worth more than 1,000s of low quality link and can support your profile for long tenure.

    What are you saying that is not answer of above question. You are talking about relevancy and you are giving answer which is irrelevance. I appreciate with your statement that is very right, but not appropriate answer of given question.

    I don't think buying backlinks is that bad, it could be useful especially when just feeling out a niche rather than buying a full blown blog for an experiment website. Can always just replace the bought links with a high pr blog later

    You get a quality backlink,if you work on high pr sites like guestbook,Article submittion, press release etc.
    And i think buying backlink is not bad....

    It's worth and helpful for your website as long as you do NOT purchase a sitewide link, but an article with your link inside (just like guest blogging!). It's a very strong backlink especially if the blog has a HIGH PR and HIGH AUTHORITY! :)
