I will need the system recoded with new features, so I need experienced programmers. A design is also needed with a complete new and unique look. The total budget is $800-1,000, but may be able to go higher depending on new features and design. I have been searching around and checking prices and the similar yelp clone scripts have gone for as low as $300. If you have a database of all USA restaurants, that would be a bonus, but I will be able to purchased an updated version for about $80 (400,000 locations).
