This website made total of $275,000 in last 5 years with Adsense only. Some days exceeded $750 USD per day.

Website is on very competitive Travel niche which is about Turkey one of the most popular destination for British people. It is a plain Html site with seo friendly content and design.
Site was on top of the google results 1st and 2nd position in past years but after the google SERP updates, (panda, penguin) it lost its google traffic but still receiving good traffic from Bing and Yahoo. Here is huge opportunity who can update site SEO to bring it back to google results and this good traffic could earn $300-$500 per day in average.

If it was cheap maybe ill trust the images that you have attached. But this is not that cheap and thats why ill ask you if i can thru teamviewer to check myself the earnings before i hit the BIN.

 

I would not sell it if I am not in bad financial condition, like I did not sell it before I was believing it to be good income for long time I could sell it to $67.000 offer two years ago.

The potential of income is very good as you have seen stats of earlier adsense. I could not spend enough effort and time to get website back to google. I would appreciate to get BIN to close the auction.

Yes, Here webmasters are more business minded people , I am disappointed with flippa, and they charging a lot.

I have developed my site SEO with help from DP people and service providers here also.

 

Well there are proffesional buyers. A site with 20% CTR isent that atractive. I know sites with 8% CTR that got banned. What if the account got banned after a month? 10k are gone. Am really curious to know how you can get that much clicks? Are you using any bots or something like that?

 

Some of my sites got :%30-%40 ctr and there for years. Its just targeted traffic. people searched for it and ads serving them.
No hidden tricks here, its been there for years with very good income. Serious buyer could see adsense through join.me screen share. Or inspect it during Escrow payment process.
I would not sell it if I have time to re-develop SEO and earn more. Its sad to see it go but I have family of five and full time job , no time at all.
