    Within the video description ,all links are nofollow. But Don't worry about if your links are do-follow or no-follow,you can get real direct traffic from there.You can always add additional do-follow hyperlinks in your profile, about me page and under the jobs and profession section.

    In my experience you can't place links in the annotations to anything else than other Youtube pages or videos. Haven't placed links in Youtube for a while so this can have changed by now of course.

    I'd recommend: Description.

    i am not sure ,why anyone'd wanna mask a potential backlink.when your videos get indexed on google or scraped by some site which steals only the beginning of the description,your efforts takes Win-Win.you getanother backlink also

    Most, if not everyone, prefer a clickable link rather than having to type it within the browser...

    I would put it within the description of the video and not within the video itself.
