Is there anyway not to get suspended from Twitter?
Say like 50-100 within 60 min and twice/thrice a day
all will be reply to other users
for instance u posted that u want to buy TV, so I will reply to u
All tweets will contain same link which is already partially marked as SPAM on Twitter
All tweets will be sent manually
Current twitter account is created on 2009 and in last one year has got suspended at-least 50 times..
So is there anyone who can help me with above issue? :(

Well, all the people who reported your tweets apparently didn't like them and considered them as spam, that's why your account has been suspended.

I actually can't believe that Twitter would unsuspend it so many times with your previous record. (What's wrong with them?)

I know that why it got suspended but the same time I didn't SPAM even a single person intentionally.. People at Twitter who all have reviewed also knew thats why they did.. There is nothing wrong with them..

First of all after account suspension you should stop sending replies at least for some time, in our experience for about one month to be safe or you'll get suspended again almost immediately.

Second - you may need more then 1 account to continue your campaign.

Third - if you are using the same link why not to multiply it. I know in Tweet Demon forum they have this tool which will produce 100 bitly variations of the same link.

In my experience, if you follow too many people at once, Twitter will catch onto you and your account will be suspended. With that in mind, don't follow more than 200 people per day.

That's perfectly fine. You will always be in good standing if you go with this route.

With all of the blatant racism, threats, and hate messages on Twitter, I'm surprised that one can get suspended for anything...

Really??...you're quite good at it though, that was quite a good try at spamming your site....
I don't think you actually understand what spam is and that's why you keep getting suspended.

If I am professional in SPAM then I would have not let my a/c get suspended even for once. And I know what SPAM, SPAM is something which is sent by bot in bulk to people who many need or not need it.

And I am not a bot and I am sending it to people only who needs it.

You don't understand what spam is. Unsolicited messages, not necessarily sent in bulk and/or by a bot. And this is the problem. If I was posting to ask about which TV to buy, I would not want your link as I would be posting for opinions. I would not want any link with commercial intentions. If I wanted that, I would post, "please send me your spammy link."

Are you beginning to understand what spam is?

Ya I do understand what you are saying but again as I said, I replying to them who is actually looking for and/or need my service, and yes, its a service not any GOODS. I read each and every tweet before I send it to them. And if they mentioned that they need someone in xxx place then I also mentioned in my reply that I am not from there but I might can do the needful for them.

Sounds like spam. You are replying for the sake of it ("not from there but").

You might want to rethink your strategy. Learn how to make people come to you.

...and herein lies the problem with most spammers, they don't actually realise they are doing it because they don't understand what constitutes spam.
OP, take Ryans advice it will help you immensely

I think, in Twitter you can be suspended, when you will do activities in bulk. You must follow the rules and and also do not follow fake profiles. Spamming is also a big factor for your account suspension.
