    Hey Everyone,

I just launched the new Peakk.net, a place to bring teacher and students together online. You can earn money by teaching classes when students enroll. If your class is set to Free you still earn 5 coins! (1 Coin = $1)

Check it out, and I hope to see some of your classes soon!

Do you verify credentials of those who wish to teach?

How do you actually sign up as a teacher? From what I can see, you can only sign up as a student. Maybe I'm missing something.

Hey Everyone, there seems to be a little confusion (understandably) Anyone, can teach Anything, all you have to do is add a class. Cooking 101, Nuclear Theory, How to Train your Dog. Peakk.net is open to any type of class from anyone. With one account you can teach and enroll in a class. You don't need a real degree to teach a class (couldn't hurt though!)

If you still have questions, check out a small tour (http://www.peakk.net/tour.php) or read the FAQ (http://www.peakk.net/faq.php), there is a lot of answers in there =)

Payments are made through PayPal, Peakk uses a coin system, 1 coin = $1, minimum of 25 coins to cash out.

No, you don't actually need credentials, you can teach whatever you would like, it is up to students to rate the class and information for other students.

We are in Beta right now, we have been working on the site for over a year (in R&D), once we make sure we're 100% good to go we have a large campaign waiting to start (around the 15th or so)

So people pay to read the lessons? And then the writers of those lessons get paid per view?

That's the basic version, if the class is offered for free, the teacher (writer) gets 5 coins ($5), if it is a paid class (lesson) let's say 4 coins, the teacher ears 2 coins per enrolled student (basically a 50/50 split). If you refer a student you get an additional coin (so 3 total/$3). Plus, you get more coins EVRY TIME the user you referred joins any other paid class, forever!

If there are 50 users in the class you created (4 coin class), and you referred 10 of them you would earn $110. (Plus however many more coins for other classes your referred users enroll into).

Sounds great, remember classes can be about anything! Better class = more students = more $!

What kind of titles should they have? Can they be "How-to" articles?
