How to know the fair price for my domains?

I have several domains that I want to sell, mostly with PR 1- 4 and all have backlinks. How do I know what's the fair price for these? Is there an easy formula to find that out?

QUALITY makes up the value, not the PR or backlinks. Post your names for appraisals by others here or on other domain forums & people will give you fair values of the quality of those names.

it depends on the age of the domain, name of the domain.
If you have a good authority domain with more than 1 Year, you can sell the domain with a good price.

Well going by email i got for one of my domains , if you check out insertscamsite.com ., they will give you TM verification and appraisal lol

what is a fair price , well that is only between two parties you and them , you throw up a figure which you thinks seems good , they throw back a figure that seems good to them , and you negotiate on a price , really domain sales are no different then selling any other thing you flog off

This is just totally rubbish. Age doesn't give a domain any value. There are names that are 10 years old that don't even sell for $10.

As said before, it all depends on the quality of the domains being sold.

When selling a domain it depends on so many factors, to list a few:
    1- Length
    2- Extension
    3- Market
    4- Branding
    5- Potential
    6- Keyword & Searches

Just out of advice though, build up a site on them and sell them as a site instead. This will make them worth selling, and could break-even with your site building costs and still sell the domain.
If you got/are good at it, you can also get some profits. Think about it with the buyers perspective in mind.
