I'm heading over to Wal-mart after work today. I have been searching all over for a tank for some time. Although, who would want to buy a cheaply made tank from Wal-mart? Yikes!

They aren't marketing, they are branding. They have a special relationship with Google for that. Most big corporations think the world needs to see your name atleast 16 times a day.
Those are almost certainly affiliates with wide arbitrage margins bidding on every random keyword -- not the company themselves.

The last time I checked, E-bay actually had a policy against allowing people to put up any human body part for sale. So perhaps these are cow tumors.
