    I'm going to be selling a few Real Estate Directories.

    www.us-realestateagents.com - was PHPLD recently switched to WordPress, just don't have the time to maintain anymore. Domain registered in 4/2006 expires 2017. Gets some traffic from organic search results with a little SEO this site can be back on type ranking for multiple keywords. State and county pages populated with keyword content.

    www.us-realestatedirectory.com - running on phpld and have multiple users who pay for listings $1,500 / yr I haven't had the time to keep this one up as well, but still have the member ship. Domain registered in 2006 expires in 2017. This site use to bring in $500 a month in Google Ads.

    www.AffordableRealEstateSolution.com - haven't done too much to this site, was going to sell Real Estate sites from it using Wordpress MU and it's a Real Estate Directory as well with multiple categories. Didn't have the time to keep it up or put money into it. Domain registered in 2005 get 40 visits a month from organic search with out doing any SEO.

    Make me an offer for one or all three, the middle one is the site bringing in the money and the other tow have a few members. Could get other Real Estate Agents to add their site with a little effort.
