Would like to buy a site making 10$ a day, traffic must be quality traffic and not myspace traffic.

    Thanks,
    Jeff

Well, it's not doing $10 per day yet, becuase I haven't promoted it at all, but I've got a couple of pretty incredible adsense sites for sale, if you're interested.

    www.softwarekiddies.com
    www.acceptcreditcards-cheap.info

Why would they be? Softwarekiddies.com was specifically accepted by the Google Adsense program under a brand new AdSense account with this domain a the only channel.

I haven't specifically submitted acceptcreditcards-cheap.info yet, as it's currently a second channel on the softwarekiddies adsense account, but I don't have any doubts that it would be accepted.

I'd be happy to make any sale conditional on them being individually accepted into the Adsense program.

There are apparently 3 different pages associated with the terms and conditions of using Google Adsense with your page.

There's the standard terms and conditions...
    https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms

Then there's the Google AdSense Program Policies ...
    https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=48182&sourceid=aso&subid=ww-ww-et-asui&medium=link

And finally, there's the Webmaster Guidelines...
    http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=35769

None of these documents specifically address having images next to ads. Because all wepages are full of images, it would be difficult to create a policy that blanket covers the forbidding of images next to ads.

Therefore I believe that Google takes this on a case by case basis. If they come accross a websute, either during the initial AdSense application, or during the account review right before payment disbursement, that they feel is excessive in it's attempt to 'trick' customers into clicking ads, then yes, they will prbobably lock the account, and ban the website. I've seen this happen firsthand to a website (not mine) that included 'prices' and a 'download now' image next to google ads.

All that being said, I've had a number of AdSense sites specifically accepted in the Adsense program, including one of the two I mention above. In order to be accepted, someone from google has to manually go look at your website, and approve it or decline it. In this case it was approved.

I'd say that would be subjective. You could say the same thing about most of the websites out there that integrate adsense into the conent.

As I've said, I'm aware of some sites that have crossed the line, regarding the guideline you quoted, but I'm confident these don't, as google themselves approved it.

I've seen worse integration of the ads into just text of the site. For example, this merchant account directory, http://www.merchantaccountsdirectory.com/directory/Bill_Settlements/Bill_Settlements.html

It's bee around for quite some time, and is very profitable. Google never fails to send them their monthly check. But wouldn't you say that the ads similarly integrated into the content? There's nothing directly prohibiting the use of images next to the ads, as long as they are not obstructing the ads, and all parts of the ads are visable.
