There have been a number of issues both within and outside the Zenovia System, including but not limited to reporting inaccuracies, outright fraud, chameleon impressions, bots… the list continues on and on. We have taken a number of technological steps and believe that we now have the ability to offer our advertising clients your inventory in the cleanest, most transparent manner on the internet.
Yes, we are behind several payments but we are currently taking steps to remedy this problem. Our new CEO Michael Weaver has made this issue and our relationship publishers new and old a top priority to turn the business around. why not Zenovia Digital Exchange sent payment to all their pending members instead members has to send you email there are many people don't check forums regularly don't you think everyone who sent you traffic deserve to get paid not just who send you PM

 

Everyone deserves to get paid. This is just one channel we are using to reach out.

 

We are still working on this but at this time I do not have a firm date.

why you think everyone would want to work on your terms now you need business so you trying to reach here and when everyone trying to reach you by sending emails you guys were not even responding, what is the guarantee you not going to do that in future

 

Payments should be sent to everyone without contacting you, you have all payments details.

 

It is not the case of needing the business but trying to repair relations with those we have already entered into business with. My intentions here were to reach out and let you know that you are not forgotten and that we will try to make good on all valid and honest outstanding payments.

Well i hope to be the one that puts an end to publisher being ignored. Although I just started with the company i am currently going over the payments and outstanding list and trying to unify all the information.

Also I know that some publishers are owed as far back as 2012 and they too are being considered.

 

Okay, I'm in. But why you still need our info? Did your system failed? Getting back every months how much we earn are almost impossible to retrieve because your stats are not working.

You should look every accounts on your system and pay them. Please tell that to the new CEO. Not all publishers are reading forums.

i hate to think he's only making fake promises since almost all their publishers pulled their ads and means 0 traffic on their part and he is assuming or hoping to put back their publisher ads.
