From PR0 to PR3 in a month?

I'm starting with a brand new Health related Worpress blog on my site these days. Do I have ANY chances to reach PR3 at next Google PR in the January? From PR 0 to PR3 from scratch in a good month (If I build a content, put many backlinks on high PR sites and so...)?

I don't know, only Google could tell for sure, but I think it's possible.

One of my site launched 2 months 1/2 before a PR update went from 0 to 3.
So I guess it's depend of your BL and when will be the next update.

With brand new you also mean a brand new domain? I noticed that new sites aren't recognized in the pagerank update if they're not older than ~2 months..

I have a domain for a month (didn't touch it in this time). But I will start the site only these days.

So the main thing is to get backlinks?
Content itself probably doesn't help much toward PR, or does it?

I also don't care about PR much, but I need it to be able to enter in one dedicated hosting.

Yes, PR is only a matter of backlinks.

Easily. All you need is one spiderable link from a page with good PR (usually a high PR4 will do it, or a PR5), or a bunch of links from pages with lower PR.

The only thing is, don't hold your breath for Google to update the green bar in January. It happens approximately whenever they feel like it, so it could well be February or March before the green gets shuffled.

Get quite a few PR4+ backlinks and you'll get it ;)
You could get a pr4 link on my site for $5 only (see the first link in my signature).

    Good encouragment from all above.

Only to be sure: "spiderable link", "inbound link"..this is a "side link" on a first page of a site, blog...I guess.

Does a link within my post in some blog (I have access to post on a PR6 blog) have any power also?

One or two high PR backlinks will boost your site quickly. One of my sites leaped to PR6 within the first month of its debut. It also helped that Google was in the midst of an update at that time.

What exactly means: outbound and inbound link (in context of SEO)?

outbound - links from your site to others.
inbound - other's sites linking to you.

Conventional wisdom says you want as many as possible inbounds linking to your site. Some say you want as few outbound links as possible, others say just keep it reasonable.

Why as few...outbound links? Do they make any harm?
I guess outbound links are not the same as reciprocial links, which I understand why they are bad.

That's why I said "some people..."

Nobody really knows, but some say that a page with more outbound links will send less PR to those linked pages than it would if it had fewer outbound links.

As for recips, reciprocal links are outbound links, but outbound links are not necessarily reciprocal!

example: Any link on your page that goes out to another website is outbound. If a page your site links to returns the favor and links back to your page, then it is reciprocal.
