    It is true that if you put fresh content regularly in your website then you would get good benefit there is no doubt to it.

    But you have to write quality content which helps users resolve their problem.

    I use Moz (formally SEO Moz) for my research and analytics. It is a paid service though.

    Yes, content is always KING. I use quality and unique content for Website as well as offsite promotions like (Article submissions, guest blogging, web2.0, wiki etc.) and I get advantage always.
